Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Home Health – Per Visit / PRNPenn Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality home-based therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.Service Areas: Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, and Berks Counties, PAPosition Type: Per Visit / PRNResponsibilities:Provide physical therapy treatments as directed by the Physical Therapist.Monitor patient progress and report changes.Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises and safety measures.Maintain accurate documentation.Participate in care coordination activities.Qualifications:Current Pennsylvania PTA license.Current CPR certification.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Home health experience preferred.Benefits:Flexible scheduling.Competitive per-visit compensation.Electronic documentation.Supportive clinical team.Penn Home Health Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
