If you love working in a collaborative environment where your contributions truly matter, this role is for you.What You'll DoDeliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical TherapistAssist patients with mobility, therapeutic exercises, and functional activitiesObserve and document patient progress, reporting updates to the supervising PTMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentationHelp ensure a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environmentContribute to a positive, team?oriented workplace and step in with additional duties as neededWhat You BringAssociate's degree from an accredited PTA program, requiredCurrent PTA license in the state of Arkansas in good standing, requiredCPR certificationPrevious rehab or acute care experience (preferred but not required)Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetWhy join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
