Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care CenterLocation: Marlborough, MassachusettsJob Summary:We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic care team at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Marlborough, Massachusetts. As a PTA, you will assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist.Shift is 8a-4p. Weekly pay up to $40 an hour.Responsibilities:Assist in the provision of physical therapy services to patients/residents with a wide range of diagnoses and conditionsPerform treatment in accordance with an established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of a Physical TherapistDocument patient/resident activities and progress in accordance with company policies and proceduresConsult with and train patients, residents, and caregiversMonitor efficiencies and collaborate with supervisor to improve processesParticipate in quality improvement activities and maintain current knowledge of Medicare and other reimbursement regulationsDemonstrate ability for continuous new learning to remain current in the fieldRequirements:Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited programCurrent licensure by the applicable state agency where requiredCEU's per state licensure requirementsPrior clinical experience preferred but not requiredNew graduates welcome!Benefits:Weekly PayHoliday & Overtime PayCareer Advancement OpportunitiesExclusive Employer Discount Program401(k) with Employer MatchAvailable for Full-Time Staff:Employer-Paid Life InsuranceVacation and Personal TimeHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceWe are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
