Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Location: Barnesville, GA 30204Pay Rate: Competitive (per visit)Avanta Care is a dedicated home care and therapy service provider committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our clients. We're seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support therapy services in the Barnesville, GA area.Position OverviewThe Physical Therapist Assistant will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient care, implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.Provide hands-on therapy and exercise programs in patients' homes or designated facilities.Monitor and report patient progress, concerns, and changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.QualificationsActive and unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Georgia.Previous experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred.Strong communication and documentation skills.Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with supervising PT.We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
