We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility setting.What You'll Do:Deliver physical therapy treatments according to established care plansMonitor resident progress and communicate with therapists, nursing staff, families, and care teamsComplete timely documentation and billingAssist with discharge planning and restorative programsEducate residents, families, and staff on therapy-related careParticipate in interdisciplinary team meetings as neededWhat We're Looking For:Associate Degree from an accredited PTA programCurrent PTA license in the state of practiceStrong communication, teamwork, and clinical skillsSkilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred
