Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Part-Time / PRN

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a flexible part-time or PRN opportunity . Join a collaborative rehabilitation team and provide hands-on therapy focused on helping residents improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
What You'll Do
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist residents with strength, balance, gait, transfers, endurance, and mobility
Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident goals
Monitor progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
Educate residents and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
