Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Compensation and Benefits:Full time salaried position with competitive salaryHealth BenefitsPTO & 401KPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities:Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence while delivering a positive, patient-centered experience.Provide physical therapy treatments according to the established plan of care.Lead therapeutic exercises, strengthening, stretching, balance, gait, and mobility activities.Follow all patient safety, infection-control, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Qualifications:Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.1-2 yrs previous clinical or healthcare experience preferred.Current PTA license with no restrictionsCurrent CPR/BLS certification preferredStrong communication, organization, and documentation skills.Ability to work effectively with patients of varying ages and functional abilities.
