Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Concept Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Part-Time and PRN opportunities in a skilled nursing facility.Part-Time PositionApproximately 3–4 hours per day, 5 days per weekConsistent weekday schedulePRN PositionFlexible weekday and weekend schedulingIdeal for clinicians seeking supplemental income or greater scheduling flexibilityWhat You'll Do:Provide treatment per established care plansCollaborate with PT's, families, and care teamsMaintain accurate electronic documentationEducate staff and families on care programsQualifications:Active PTA license in the state of practiceStrong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-focused mindset
