Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - RequiredPrevious home care experience - PreferredEducation Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required
