Job description
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide evidence-based geriatric rehab in patients’ homes and senior living communities. Partner with PTs to deliver functional, person-centered interventions that improve mobility, balance, and safety for older adults. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting outcomes, educating patients and caregivers, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
