nOur outpatient physical therapy center in Redwood City, CA is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team and deliver outstanding care to the community we serve. We treat a wide range of outpatient diagnoses with specialized programs in sports medicine, orthopedics, neuro rehab, vestibular therapy, and more.

n nResponsibilities
nnnResponsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
n
nnImplement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures
n
nnMaintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.
n
n nQualifications
nnnCollege graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
n
nnPassed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
n
nnValid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
n
nnCPR certification
n
