Physical Therapist AssistantWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will work closely with licensed physical therapists to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients, helping them regain mobility and improve their overall well-being. If you are passionate about patient care and eager to contribute to a supportive and dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditionsMonitor and document patient progress, reporting any concerns or changes to the supervising therapistProvide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as directed by the physical therapistEducate patients and their families on exercises and activities to support ongoing recoveryMaintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environmentAdhere to all safety protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure patient and staff safetySkills and Qualifications:Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant programValid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist AssistantProven experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamCompassionate, patient-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skillsKnowledge of current physical therapy techniques and modalitiesJoin our team and be part of a supportive organization committed to professional growth, excellent patient care, and a positive work environment.
