Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Senior Physical Therapist Assistant to support inpatient rehabilitation patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, orthopedic conditions, and other complex illnesses. In this role, you will deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a physical therapist, assist with gait and mobility training, and educate patients and families on home programs. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a mission-driven, patient-centered, and learning-focused culture.
