Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver high-quality therapy services to seniors in post-acute and long-term care settings. Working within our collaborative, patient-centered culture, you will implement PT-directed treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one treatments, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and partnering with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful functional outcomes.
