Job description
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, function, and independence through therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities. You will document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive, dignity-driven environment.
