Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on therapy for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. In this on-site role, youll implement PT treatment plans, support functional mobility, and help patients regain independence. Youll document progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate closely with a supportive interdisciplinary team.
