Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full-Time
Langdon Place of Dover | Dover, NH
$33-$36/hour | Full-Time | Benefits
Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Langdon Place of Dover. Work alongside experienced clinicians while providing hands-on therapy designed to help residents improve mobility, rebuild strength, and achieve greater independence.
What You'll Do
Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist residents with gait training, strengthening, balance, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility
Carry out individualized treatment plans and support established rehabilitation goals
Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT
Reinforce therapeutic exercises, safe movement, and mobility techniques
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team

Qualifications
Active New Hampshire PTA license required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
