Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post‑acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, and assist with gait, balance, and functional mobility training to promote safety and independence. You’ll document patient progress, collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
