This assignment offers 40 hours per week in a skilled nursing facility setting, with shifts from 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm and a guaranteed 36-hour work week.You will implement treatment plans established by supervising physical therapists, assist patients with mobility and rehabilitation exercises, and document progress. Required qualifications include skilled nursing facility experience and an active New York license. New grads and assistants are not considered for this role.
