Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our senior-focused rehab team in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will deliver individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on restoring function, mobility, and independence for older adults. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, functional mobility, documentation, and patient/family education.
