Job description
Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support personalized, outcome-focused rehab programs for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you’ll implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, lead therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities to help patients regain independence and quality of life. You’ll document progress in EMR systems, collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
