nWe have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position:
nHome Health Physical Therapist Assistant/ Part-time, Per diem
nJob Description: As a home health Physical Therapist Assistant, your responsibilities will be to assess patients’ condition and perform home health visits while following the plan of care developed by the supervising RPT, document patient care services and progress/decline in electronic system, perform therapeutic procedures through manual exercises/gait/mobility aids, and report patient progress to patient/caregivers/physician/agency office as needed.
nJob Requirements:
nMust have successfully completed at least a FL-approved PTA associate’s degree program from an industry-accredited institution.
nMust have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
nMust successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training.
nMust complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care.
nCurrent FL State PTA license is required.
nNow hiring in Lake County!! This is an area of critical need and a sign-on bonus is available!
nWe serve the following counties: Lake, Sumter, Citrus, and Hernando
