nFlexPlus Physical Therapy is a patient-focused outpatient clinic committed to helping people move better, recover faster, and live pain-free. We’re currently hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position. This role offers the chance to join a collaborative and experienced rehab team treating a wide variety of patients and conditions.
nResponsibilities:
nCarry out individualized treatment plans developed by supervising PTs
nAssist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and mobility training
nMonitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
nEducate patients and families on exercises and proper techniques
nMaintain a clean, safe, and professional therapy environment
nCollaborate with the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care
nQualifications:
nValid PTA license in Massachusetts
nAssociate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
nCPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
nPrior outpatient experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply!
nCompensation & Benefits:
nCompetitive hourly pay: $32–$38/hour (commensurate with experience)
