What You'll Do (High Level)
Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
Deliver hands-on treatment and progress patients toward meaningful goals
Partner with a supportive, multidisciplinary team (case managers, respiratory therapy, authorizations)
Keep documentation clear and timely so care stays coordinated and uninterrupted
Help create a calm, encouraging environment where patients feel safe to try, rebuild, and improve

What You Need Graduate of a CAPTE/APTA-accredited PT program
Active PT license (or eligibility) in the state of hire
BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
