Job description
Overview: Physical Therapist - Tactical / Public Safety Population $80k-$95k
We are looking for an outstanding Physical Therapist to join our team and work exclusively with police officers and firefighters . Our patients are highly motivated, physically active individuals who view rehabilitation as part of their performance and career-not simply as treatment.
This is an opportunity for a PT who enjoys working with functional athletes , wants to practice without the administrative burden of traditional insurance-based care, and thrives in a fun, energetic environment.

Responsibilities: Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
Deliver hands-on, patient centered treatment and education
Monitor progress and adjust care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
Passionate about orthopedic, sports, and/or performance-based rehabilitation
Comfortable treating active, physically demanding populations
Creative and confident in developing individualized treatment plans
Motivated to grow clinically and professionally
A strong communicator and team player
Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and being part of a positive team culture
About: Compensation: $80k - $95k. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
