Full-Time Physical Therapist needed for a SNF located in Beaver, PA

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
Record and document patient care services
Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
Requirements of the Physical Therapist: Must have a valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or University
Must have experience in long term care
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership qualities
Salary: $40/hr-$48/hr; based on experience ($2,500 SIGN ON BONUS!)
