nPhysical Therapist (FLOAT) Outpatient
ncoverage areas: Denton, Aubrey, Argyle, Flower Mound, Coppell and Farmer's Branch
nSalary range:
nSalary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80
nCompensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience
nResponsibilities
nWe are looking for a float PT that would cover Denton, Aubrey, Argyle, Flower Mound, Coppell and Farmer's Branch areas. This PT would be covering for for vacations or overflow staffing for primarily an ortho case mix and will be guaranteed 40 hrs. The ideal candidate would be a relationship builder and be an independent thinker. Lots of opportunity for growth in program development in this role along with growing your clinical skills. This position is eligible for a float bonus due to floating position
nAs a Physical Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
nnnInitial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
n
nnPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
n
nnTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
n
nnInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
n
nnEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
n
nnPromoting continuous quality improvement
n
nnInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed
n
n nQualifications
nnnCurrent state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.

nnCertified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
