As a Physical Therapist in our Boerne outpatient orthopedic clinic, you'll perform comprehensive evaluations, establish measurable functional goals, and develop individualized treatment plans that support long-term recovery. We believe excellent patient care starts with giving clinicians the time they need to think critically, educate patients, and provide evidence-based treatment. Our sustainable daily caseload of approximately 11 to 13 patients allows you to focus on delivering high-quality care while maintaining documentation that meets professional standards.
You’ll collaborate closely with clinic leadership and fellow clinicians to maintain exceptional standards of care while continuously expanding your clinical knowledge. Compensation: Base salary of $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with clinical experience
Qualifications: Valid Texas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Prior outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred
Strong clinical reasoning skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish measurable functional goals
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on movement, performance, and long-term outcomes
Manage a sustainable daily caseload of approximately 11 to 13 patients
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate with clinic leadership and fellow clinicians to ensure high standards of care
Take ownership of patient outcomes and participate in ongoing professional development
