Intermountain Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will assess, plan, and provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life for diverse patient populations. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document outcomes in our EMR.
