Physical Therapist
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Setting: Outpatient Clinic (In-person)
Locations: Brentwood, Walnut Creek, Diamond Blvd & Concord, CA.
Pay Range: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Summary
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join its therapist-owned outpatient clinic in Brentwood, CA. This role offers a manageable caseload with mostly one-on-one care, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering high-quality treatment while building meaningful patient relationships. Ideal for both experienced therapists and new graduates seeking mentorship and growth in orthopedic care.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide mostly one-on-one patient care sessions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
Collaborate with support staff and therapy aides for treatment progression
Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
Utilize clinical judgment to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Master of Physical Therapy (MPT), or equivalent
Active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Foreign-trained Physical Therapists encouraged to apply
