n nPosition Summary
nTo administer Physical Therapy evaluations and treatments according to the established standard of Physical Therapy, physician’s referral, and Physical Therapy plan of care.
nPrimary Position Responsibilities
nnnEvaluates all patients by identifying the patient's primary problems and develops a treatment plan.
n
nnPerforms and modifies or updates patient treatment programs to maximize patient outcomes.
n
nnDocuments information to assure continuity of care and maximize reimbursement.
n
nnMaintains schedule to attain productivity standards.
n
nnProvides supervision to PTA, PT/PTA students and various levels of support personnel and volunteers.

n nQualifications
nMinimum Education:
nRequired:
nBachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
nPreferred:
nMaster’s Degree in Physical Therapy, Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
nMinimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation):

nPreferred:
n1-2 years of prior experience
nLicense, Registry or Certification:
nRequired:
nCurrent NJ State License in Physical Therapy
nKnowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

nKnowledge of established standards for Physical Therapy, ability to connect with patient and build rapport, flexibility with schedule, computer skills
