Physical Therapist
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Job Type: Part-time
Facility: Out Patient Facility
Schedule: 21 hours per week. (Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.)
Work Environment And Physical Demands
Clinical setting with direct patient contact.
Requires standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting consistent with clinical practice.
Ability to communicate, hear, see, and feel without limitations.
May require extended periods of computer use for documentation.
Required Qualifications And Competencies
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
Current, unrestricted New York State Physical Therapy license
CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications And Competencies
Experience in an FQHC, community health center, outpatient clinic, or safety-net setting
Experience working with diverse, underserved, or high-risk populations
Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) preferred
Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
