Compensation & Earning Potential
Estimated Annual Earnings: $110,000–$140,000+, with the opportunity to earn more based on visit volume.
Competitive Per-Visit Pay: Compensation based on experience and visit type.
Sign-On Bonus Starting at $2,500: Bonus amount based on experience.
Mileage Reimbursement: Reimbursement for work-related travel.

What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
A commitment to helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Qualifications
Current California Physical Therapist license (required).
Current CPR certification (required).
At least one year of Physical Therapy experience (preferred).
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, properly insured vehicle.
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Per Visit
Estimated Annual Earnings: $110,000–$140,000+, depending on visit volume
Setting: Home Health
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with weekend availability
Work Location: On the road, providing care in patients' homes.
