Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Canonsburg, PA. This role involves working alongside a talented healthcare team in a dynamic environment, performing evaluations and treatments based on physician referrals in the field of physical therapy.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments based on physician referrals.
Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate tools and procedures.
Review patient records and establish measurable goals and treatment plans.
Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and patient progress.
Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and relevant parties.
Consult with medical providers regarding patient evaluations and progress.
Recommend and assist with adaptive equipment for patient improvements.
Maintain and submit required documentation according to regulations.
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides in patient care activities.
Participate in staff development programs and maintain clinical practice skills.
Requirements of the Physical Therapist Must have licensure in Physical Therapy
Experience with Oasis and Home Health is a huge plus
Proficiency in HCHB software is required
