About the Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team on a PART_TIME_AND_FULL_TIME basis. As a Physical Therapist at Pinnacle, you will be responsible for:
Planning, developing, and implementing physical therapy services to meet the needs of our residents
Maintaining accurate documentation, department records, and reports
Ensuring effective communication regarding PT programs and collaborating with other healthcare professionals
Participating in discharge planning and development of resident care plans
Supervising and delegating tasks to Physical Therapy Assistants
Performing evaluations and screens in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
Be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
Hold a valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maine
Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism
