Job description
Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver mobile outpatient therapy in patients’ homes and community settings. Evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based treatment to restore function, reduce pain, and improve independence for adult and senior populations. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document outcomes, and adjust plans of care based on measurable progress.
