nEB Pediatric Resources has been providing therapy to special needs children in Chicago for over 20 years. We are seeking an experienced pediatric Physical Therapist to provide clinical services to a pediatric population at our clinics in Chicago for children ages 0-8 years. We have openings for both full-time employment status or flex-time PRN status.
nJob Duties:
nConduct evaluations of new and ongoing clients
nProvide physical therapy services to EBPR clients, across home-based, school-based, and clinic-based settings
nConduct 6 month and annual progress meetings, in addition to other parent meetings
nMaintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
nMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies
nAttend staff trainings and agency meetings, as needed
nCandidate Requirements:
nCurrent Illinois licensure
nMaintain standing with APTA/IPTA and current certification with DHS/EI
