nPosition: Physical Therapist Outpatient
nLocation: Logan Square | 2569 W Fullerton Ave, Chicago, IL 60647
nCompensation: $80,000-95,000 annually, based on years of experience
nIncentive: Student Loan Repayment Program Available
nRUSH Physical Therapy in Logan Square is looking to hire an outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist, who has a specialty, such as in lymphedema, vestibular, TMJ, pelvic health, etc. The clinic consists of 5 PTs and 1 PTA with three PT's specializing in pelvic health. We welcome Physical Therapists of all specialties and clinical interests, and we empower you to treat what you're passionate about-whether that's orthopedics, sports, neuro, pelvic health, oncology or beyond. n nResponsibilities
nnnComplete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
n
nnEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
n
nnMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
n
nnAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
n
n nQualifications
nnnDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
n
nnCurrent State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
n
nnCPR certification
n
