nWe are seeking passionate Physical Therapists to provide Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers throughout Illinois as Independent Contractors.

nWhat You'll Do
nAs an Early Intervention Physical Therapist, you will:
nProvide individualized PT services to infants and toddlers
nSupport developmental skills through play-based intervention
nWork collaboratively with parents and caregivers
nProvide services in the child's natural environment
nComplete required clinical documentation
nParticipate in IFSP/team collaboration as required
nMaintain required Illinois licensure and EI credentials
nWhat We're Looking For
nCurrent Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license
nAppropriate Illinois Early Intervention credential or eligibility
nExperience with infants and toddlers preferred
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
nAbility to work independently
nReliable transportation
nProfessional liability insurance, as required
nCompensation
nStarting rate: $50 per completed 60-minute session
