nAs Clinic Director, you will serve as the primary clinical leader of the Timonium location. This role blends high-level patient care with leadership responsibility and strategic growth.

nCore responsibilities include:

nDelivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care

nDriving clinic growth through referral development and community engagement

nMentoring and developing staff clinicians

nEstablishing operational consistency and accountability

nBuilding specialty programs aligned with community demand

nOwning clinic-level performance metrics

nThis is not a maintenance role. This is a build-and-lead opportunity.

nLicensed Physical Therapist in Maryland

n3+ years of clinical experience preferred
