COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Physical Therapist (PT)
Up to $105,000 Total Compensation (Salary + Bonus, Commensurate with Experience)
Up to $10,000 annual performance bonus paid quarterly
Signing Bonus (negotiable) paid out first paycheck
Relocation (negotiable)
Funding available for CME
$1,000 annual Continuing Education allowance
Practice-wide Continuing Education Program with up to $50,000 toward professional development including fellowships and advanced certifications, available by application

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Physical Therapist (PT)
Clinic Director Opportunity
Outpatient clinic with an Orthopedic focused patient population
Enjoy an optional 4-day work week with an excellent work-life balance
Dedicated time for quality patient care
60-minute evaluations with 30 minutes follow-ups
Opportunity to establish and grow a smaller clinic while providing exceptional patient care with autonomy
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Physical Therapist (PT)
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
Experience in OP setting a plus – manual therapy knowledge and experience.
Seeking a team-oriented clinician with a passion for patient care and leadership skills
