Physical Therapist – Concierge Primary Care PT for Athletes
Location: Fort Myers, Florida – Cape Coral, Florida Position: Full-time (part-time considered for the right candidate)

About APEX
APEX is a concierge, fee-for-service, performance-driven physical therapy practice. We act as Primary Care PTs for athletes and active adults: first call for pain, injury, and performance questions. Our model is simple:

What you'll do
As a Physical Therapist at APEX, you will:
Serve as a true Primary Care PT for athletes and active adults
Perform comprehensive, performance-focused evaluations with diagnostics on day one
Design and progress individualized rehab and performance plans around each athlete's goals, sport, and timeline
Use advanced technology to guide decision-making
Communicate clearly with athletes, families, and other providers
Help shape and improve our systems, programs, and athlete experience as we grow
