n nResponsibilities
nBSW Rehab Coppell and Grapevine team is currently seeking a skilled and motivated full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary outpatient team. Our patient population consists of general orthopedics, pre/post-ops, trauma, oncology, vestibular, TMJ, aquatics, and sports. We are looking for passionate, self-motivated, flexible, team-oriented candidates who are interested in lifelong learning and professional growth to join to our team. A seasoned background is preferred to help us grow many of our service lines. Our clinic hours vary from 7am - 7pm Monday-Thursday and 7am - 5pm on Fridays. This position would be M-W-F in Coppell and T-Th in Grapevine location
nnnInitial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
n
nnPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
n
nnTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
n
nnInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
n
nnEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
n
nnPromoting continuous quality improvement
n
nnInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed
n
n nQualifications
nnnCurrent state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
n
nnCertified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
