nnnDay Shift - 8.00am - 4.30pm

nnMonday - Friday
n
n nPhysical Therapist (PT) Duties & Responsibilities:
nnnEvaluate patients to assess mobility, strength, balance, and functional limitations.
n
nnDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
n
nnAdminister therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques.
n
nnMonitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
n
nnEducate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
n
nnAssist patients in restoring function following injury, surgery, or illness.
n
nnMaintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress.
n
nnCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care.
n
nnEnsure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
n
nnPromote patient independence and improve overall quality of life through rehabilitation services.
n
n n**Minimum Qualifications **
nnnCurrent, valid, and unrestrictedVAlicense/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
n
nnMinimum of 1+ year within the last 3 years of recent experience as aPhysical Therapist
n
nnCopy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
n
nnCopy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,).
n
