Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitative care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to restore function, mobility, and independence. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. You will educate patients and families, document outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment with opportunities for growth.
