Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in our inpatient hospital. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore mobility, function, and independence. You will provide patient and family education, document progress using EMR, and participate in discharge planning.
