If you're an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist ready to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact - this is your opportunity.
At Cole Health , we are expanding in Cypress and seeking a confident, pediatric-focused PT to help establish and grow services at this location. You'll initially be the sole PT onsite - giving you the autonomy to shape the program while still having the full support of our larger interdisciplinary team.
Compensation Options
We understand that flexibility matters - which is why we offer two pay models:
Option 1: Hourly
$33.66 - $40.87 per hour
Based on clock-in/clock-out time
Not dependent on patient attendance
Option 2: Pay Per Visit
Choose: PPV with Benefits + No Paid Time Off
PPV with Benefits + Paid Time Off Accrual
PPV Rates: $44 - $56 per billable hour (based on experience & model selected)
$70 per Evaluation

Who You Are Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
At least 1+ year of pediatric experience preferred but not required
Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating cross-discipline
Passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential
