Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will evaluate patients with complex medical and mobility needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and maximize independence. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary rehab team, educate patients and families, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and hospital standards.
