Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation in our inpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to restore function, mobility, and independence. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and families, document progress in the EMR, and contribute to discharge planning.
