Job description
St. James Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to assess referred patients and develop a treatment plan in coordination with the Physician.
You will provide direct patient care, document patient conditions, and set realistic goals based on capacity and tolerance. The role includes supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and collaborating with other disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.
